    Processing and Shipping

    We process and ship orders each business day (including Saturday). We do not ship on Sundays, national or religious holidays.

    Free Shipping

    We offer free shipping on orders over AED 100. Typical UAE delivery times are 2-5 working days.

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    Cash on delivery service is available on UAE orders. Simply checkout using this option and no payment is required until the courier arrives with your order. Pay the courier on arrival for the exchange of your order - simple as that!

    Tracking Your Order

    When your package has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation along with our delivery driver’s number or a link to the tracking information if shipped with our courier partners. On rare occasions, a tracking number may not be available. We apologise in advance if your particular order is affected.

    Consolidated Orders/Combined Shipping Discounts.

    If you are planning to purchase multiple items, combined shipping discounts are available for items purchased and paid for at the same time. To benefit from combined shipping, simply add multiple items to your cart and proceed to checkout. As you continue your shopping, our checkout system will automatically consolidate your purchases and offer you a reduced shipping rate.

    International Shipping

    Once you have reached our checkout page, after adding your shipping address, the site will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your applicable country based on the most economic shipping price offered by our preferred shippers. All international shipments are fully traceable, and we will provide you with the tracking information as soon as the item is dispatched from our distribution centre in Dubai.

    International Duties & Taxes

    International shipping duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Please check the import duty, VAT or any other taxes of your country before completing your purchase. If you refuse a shipment because of duties and taxes, you will still be held liable for any costs incurred by eGolf Megastore.


    If for any reason upon receipt of your item, you consider that the item does not match the condition described or you simply change your mind, please let us know within 7 days of receipt, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If that is not possible, just pay to ship your item back, and we’ll refund you in full, subject to our policy and procedures for returns set out below.

    Returns Procedure:

    • Items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent in order to receive a full return.

    • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#). Prior to returning your item, please contact customer service by emailing us at to obtain your RMA

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • It is strongly advised that you use traceable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit on return.

    • All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Where an inspection takes place and we determine that the item was inaccurately described, we will issue you a full refund.

    • Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item.

    • We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returns, provided however that the restocking fee shall not apply to any return of product for an eGolf Megastore store credit

    • The following products may NOT be returned:
    • Pre-Owned Clubs

    • Products that are included in the Sale Promotion

    • Special orders

    • Custom golf clubs

    • Personalised items


    • No return or refunds for the products that are included in the sale promotion.

    • Refund is applicable on full priced only if returned within 7 days of purchase.

    • Offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers.

    • Some of the items within the sale are promotional, therefore the price of these items is subject to change and may increase after the sale period.

    • Please note that an item could go out-of-stock during checkout and your purchase is only confirmed once dispatched.

    • Standard delivery of sale purchases may take up to 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to arrive due to the volume of orders through our sale period

    Warranty Information

    On the very rare occasion that you have a problem with a product purchased from eGolf Megastore, we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

    Where applicable, we offer the manufactruers' warranty on new product purchase online or in store at eGolf Megastore.

    For equipment purchased from our pre-owned “Pristine” category, our warranty broadly replicates new club warranties offered by the manufacturers. Typically, that will be a 12-month warranty against product failure with the exception of the shafts. Warranty on shafts, whether graphite or steel is limited to 30 days.

    Please note that:

    • an item that has been altered in any way is excluded from this warranty offer; and
    • our warranty does not cover postage and handling costs associated with repair or replacement of the item.

    Our warranty does not extend to all other pre-owned equipment purchased from our site. Such equipment is sold on an “as is” basis.

    Shop Online Collects In Store

    Reserve and Collect

    If you would like to pay for and collect your goods from us directly, you can use our Reserve & Collect service where any goods can be reserved at your store of choice where stock availability allows.

    Please take a copy of your order confirmation or reservation number when you go to store to collect your items. You should leave at least 2 hours from when you place your order to when you come to collect it. All reservations need to be collected by the close of business next working day. Should this be a problem, or you wish to collect on a specific day, then please contact the store directly, giving your reservation number and the day on which you are able to come to the store, so the goods can continue to be reserved. The reserve & collect pick up point is the store till located in store. Your order has not been paid for therefore you will be required to pay in store.

    Alternatively, you can call your local store to reserve.

    All purchases subject to our standard in-store terms and conditions (these may differ from online terms and conditions).

    Deliver To Store

    We also offer customers the choice of ‘Deliver to Store’ option, where stock availability allows. Customers choose to have their order sent to a nearby store direct from our warehouse, rather than having it delivered to their home.

    This makes waiting at home for a delivery, or travelling to a depot and queuing for a collection, things of the past.

    Should you require a store delivery, simply select the option when the product has been placed in your shopping cart and you are ready to proceed with the transaction.

    We dispatch Deliver to Store orders from our warehouse on weekdays only, and excluding Bank Holidays, to be available for collection in 2 working days. Orders placed before 5pm on a Monday will be available for collection from Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday before 5pm will be available for collection from Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays, when it will be available on Wednesday). Should an order be placed after 5pm Friday or over the Weekend, it will be ready for collection on Wednesday. Please ensure you wait until the scheduled day of collection and present Photo ID when you pick up your order such as Driving License or Passport.

    Some products are not able to be selected for Deliver to Store so please check this beforehand or contact a member of our customer service team if still unsure.
