KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Greeting customers
Find out the customer's needs
Recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise
Describe a product's features and benefits
Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
Maintain sales records
Organize and process merchandise exchanges
Recognize and monitor security issues
Arrange and display merchandise
Keep merchandise area tidy
Stock-take of Inventory
Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products
Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments
Provide change and receipts
Bag or package purchases
Gift wrap’s & merchandise
Qualification and Skill set:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Excel
Hands-on experience in dealing with Customers and cash counter
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Experience in a Golf Industry is an add-on advantage
