Deliveries

Due to the extraordinary increase in demand and extended curfew regulations currently in Dubai until 25 April, we are unable to fulfil orders within our usual next day UAE delivery timescale.

Our delivery providers remain fully operational across the UAE, with measures in place to protect their own workforce, and you, our customers. Their delivery timescales vary between 2-5 days. They are using gloves and hand sanitizer and maintaining distance during pick-up. They provide safe, no-contact deliveries.

Free Shipping

While our stores are temporarily closed, we are offering free UAE shipping on ALL purchases on the site. This promotion is sitewide and valid until further notice.

Our Customer Care line is open with reduced working hours, 6 days a week:

• Sunday to Thursday: 10am to 4pm
• Friday – Closed
• Saturday – 9am to 3pm
