What forms of payment does eGolf Megastore accept?
We accept a variety of online payment options through our e-commerce platform. The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) - UAE only
Does eGolf Megastore offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards for purchase from our site. We like to refer to them as Gift Cards. Our Gift Cards are available in AED 100, AED 250, AED 500 and AED 1,000 denominations. They are delivered fast to your email and easy to redeem online. Simply purchase online, and instantly the Gift card will be delivered to your designated email address.

How do I redeem an eGolf Megastore eGift Card?
If you have received an eGolf Megastore Gift Card from a loved one or friend, it can be utilised for all items on our site and redeemed through our online checkout system. In order to redeem your Gift Card, at checkout, simply enter the gift card number specified on the Gift Card and the amount will be deducted off the final price.
Can I use an Gift Card as a partial payment for any eGolf Megastore purchase?
Yes, our Gift Cards can be used with any online order for partial payment. Once you reach the Checkout page, simply enter the Gift Card Claim Code specified on the card you can pay the balance price with your credit card or cash on delivery after the value of the Gift Card has been deducted.
Once you have finished selecting all of the items you wish to purchase, click on the “My Cart” link at the top of any page and it will take you to checkout and simply follow the prompts from there.
Upon checkout and payment for your item(s), we will send you an email confirming your order has been received and specifying the products and qualities ordered, together with the shipping cost and your confirmed shipping address for delivery.
If you need to change your order after it has been made, you will need to contact us as soon as possible on +971 (0) 4 338 5770. Although we will try to accommodate your change, if the item has been dispatched we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 7 days of receipt, however voluntary returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Our returns policy and procedure can be found on our Returns page by clicking here
Yes, we ship to all countries in the GCC as well as to Egypt. Information on our international shipping policies and prices can be found by clicking here
If you are located outside the countries mentioned above and wish to purchase from our store, please email us at email@example.com before making a purchase. Please specify the item you would like to buy and we will provide you with an international shipping estimate within 24 hours.
Shipment times vary depending upon the final destination. UAE deliveries will take between 1-3 days from the date of dispatch. For deliveries to the GCC or Egypt, please allow up to 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail on the day that we dispatch your order. On rare occasions, tracking information will not be available.
Yes you can, but our shipping and logistics team are lightening fast so you will need to call immediately after your order and inform a member of our staff. Orders are usually shipped within 2 hours of being received, so you have to act fast!
Do you accept trade-ins?

Is your website secure?
Yes. We utilise the latest industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to secure your online ordering security. This process scrambles your order information so that it cannot be read by anyone other than eGolf Megastore, even if it is wrongly intercepted on route to us.
We fully guarantee that all of the items that we sell are genuine. Our suppliers are major distributors and manufacturers. We are an authorised retailler for all of the brands we stock. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of your club, please give us a call.
We offer a limited warranty on clubs purchased from our “Pristine” or “Mint” categories. All other items are sold on an ‘as is’ basis and not covered by any warranty. More information on our warranty policy can be found by clicking here
All of the photographs listed on our site are taken by us and are photographs of the actual items for sale. Our photographs are not copies from other websites. As many of the items we sell are used or pre-owned, we make every effort to show the item and its imperfections very clearly. No digital enhancement is used to improve the condition of any item listed for sale.
Yes, in most cases we can source the product you are seeking, however it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
In addition, we can have up to 250 items in our storage facility “pipeline” waiting to be photographed or in other stages of preparation for listing to our site. It can take weeks for new arrivals to make it on to our site, so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are after a specific item. We are happy to bring forward our listing of that item if it is what you are after.
