eGolf International LLC is the exclusive TaylorMade distributor for the Middle East supplying to all off-course retail and green grass accounts in the region.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to on board in the full time position of TaylorMade Fitting Rep to service all TaylorMade accounts in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi and Bahrain. In this role, you will maintain customer service standards, generate sales, custom fit, repair and build clubs and carry out fitting days.
Responsibilities:
> Professionally custom fit all customers with the best possible head and shaft combinations for TaylorMade products.
> Perform club fitting through the use of our launch monitor technologies (Trackman 4, GC Quad / FlightScope X3).
> Provide TaylorMade product and service recommendations according to customer’s needs.
> Manage workflow for all custom orders and builds including establishing turn-around times to meet customer’s needs.
> Carry out TaylorMade fitting events at green grass locations throughout the season.
You’ll Bring:
> 2+ years’ prior club fitting experience in a golf retail sales or custom fitting environment
> 2+ years’ minimum experience in club repair
> Prior considerable experience performing professional club fitting with the use of launch monitor technology (GCQuad, FlightScope or Trackman 4)
> Good communication skills, a drive to succeed and able to work in a team environment
> A demonstrated sales achievement background and proven success in meeting/exceeding custom fit sales targets
> Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire others to follow
> Sound golf equipment knowledge and high playing ability
